Re: Indoor roku camera wont get past ready to connect
Hi @stephanieochoa1,
Welcome to the Roku Community!
Thanks for letting us know that your Roku camera is not connecting to your Roku Smart Home app. We would like to take a closer look into it.
Can you tell us if your Roku Camera has a status light? If it doesn't, we recommend trying a different power outlet. If the problem continues, please let us know.
Cheers,
Riamie
