Just bought a Roku Indoor Camrea for my son’s room. It lets me get through setup and everything but when I go to use it, it keeps saying it has to update the firmware before I can use the app fully. I’ve already hard reset and uninstalled the Roku smart home app and reinstalled. Tried talking to an agent and never really got a solution. Is Roku having problems with an update or what’s going on and why is my camera just spinning and spinning. It “updated” all night but when I went to check it today, it still said it was updating so what’s going on.
