Before we continue, we would like to know the following details to further assist you:
- How far is this Indoor Roku Camera from your router?
- Are you getting any error code or error messages?
- Have you received an update to your Roku Smart Home cameras before this issue happened?
In the meantime, we suggest you restarting your Roku Indoor Camera:
- Unplug the USB cable from the back of your camera
- Wait 10 seconds
- Plug the USB cable back into the power input port on your camera
