Smart Home app crashing
This is the 4th time I've dealt with Roku camera incompetence! I've been a subscribed user for 2 years running, buying the largest (priciest) package offered. Having to delete app, reset cameras, reconfigure cameras, reinstall app, reinstall cameras every other month due to the consistent Roku Crash is frustrating and ridiculous!!! This latest crash has left none of my four cameras functioning and I'm almost convinced Roku Smart Home is just a scheme to take people's money on subscription with false promises of selling a functioning product. I will NOT waste another second of my time attempting to get your absolute TRASH of a device to function! Anyone reading reviews and / or comments associated with Roku Smart Home cameras, stay as far away as you possibly can from this camera platform. You will receive only disappointment with a giant Roku stamp on device (Roku emblem with middle finger in air should be shown as well) Absolute TRASH!!!

I'm having nothing but problems, too. It started out great. Now, it either won't connect (and it's a WIRED doorbell!) or it will notify me of movement but won't give me a video. Yesterday it wasn't even notifying me of movements even though I could get the live feed. When it does give me a video, if will often not delete the notification from the app icon. It's a mess, and I'm sorry I bought it. I do love Roku for streaming though. They should have just stuck with that.
