New floodlight camera will not show event recordings. Will say 12 second event but it is just a photo, no recording. We have a subscription & all our other cameras are recording. Anyone else have issues they were able to resolve with this particular camera?

Before we continue, make sure that your Roku Floodlight Camera is linked to the same Roku account of your subscription or to your other Roku cameras. Next try to logout and log back into the Roku Smart Home app by following the steps below:
