A week and a half ago we installed the doorbell that uses existing doorbell wiring. We were getting notifications and pics (no video though) each time motion was detected. After about 3 days, it no longer informed us of motion, even though the camera was blue and would blink when motion was detected. When going into the app, it says the doorbell is offline, but when clicking on it, you can view live video. But it is not taking any pics when it detects motion. Does it just need to be reset on the back? Or is this something else?

I tried restarting it by hitting the restart button in the app and it said restart failed. Will have to try resetting it from the doorbell itself later.
It is working now! Maybe hitting restart last night did actually work but it took a little time to kick in. We even have video now so it is nice to see how that looks before our free trial runs out in a day or two.
