Doorbell camera not notifying overtop TV programming on Roku TV

Jump to solution

Doorbell camera not notifying overtop TV programming on Roku TV. So when I first installed my doorbell camera as Roku TV owner, I got all excited for this great feature of the pop-up overtop your programming you were watching when it received any movement etc. It worked for like a couple of days, then all of the sudden stopped. I've got every setting the same as it was during the installation phase and still no notification on the TV now for some reason. I can click on the app and see my camera. But all setting claim it is setup to provide this feature. You sold us all on this feature in your videos. I purchase 2 more Roku boxes in order to have it display on any TV in my home. This situation I've seen on previous threads has not been completely addressed. When will this issue be corrected because I hate to see some sort of user action here. I love the product better than what I had with Wyze because you offered this ability. I also wish all the cameras in your line did this feature, not just the doorbell. I think it's a worth tool for elderly family members where I can get notified on my parents property if there is someone on it that shouldn't be.
