Cancelation of my subscription

Hello I tried that, but it won’t allow me because I am not connected to the camera I was using, camera messed up and won’t allow me to connect anymore so what do I do? I just need to cancel my subscription due to me not even using it anymore

When canceling your Roku Smart Home subscription, it doesn't matter if your Roku camera is connected to your Roku account or not. You just need to login with your Roku account that you use for the Roku Smart Home Subscription.
Here's the step-by-step process on how to cancel the subscription using your Roku account:

  1. Sign in to my.roku.com and go to My Subscriptions.
  2. Under Active Subscriptions, select the subscription you want to cancel.
  3. Select Manage subscription, and then select Turn off auto-renew. Turning off auto-renew means you've canceled your subscription, and you will not be billed for it in the future.
  4. After canceling your subscription, you'll continue to have access to it until the end of your current billing cycle.
