We understand you are having a problem with the Roku doorbell camera since the image is blurry. We're happy to assist you further. Please try to update your Roku camera by following the steps below:
- Select a device from the Home screen in the smart home app.
- Tap Settings in the top corner.
- Tap Device info.
- Tap Firmware version to see the current software and build version and check for an update.
- If the software update is available, tap Update.
After the software update is finished, your smart home device will automatically restart.
