As of yesterday my cameras went offline and won’t come back up on the app. Anyone else experiencing this? I rely on these for my disabled husband.
Hi I’m experiencing problems with my indoor camera as well. This started yesterday and it seems like others are having issues as well.
Hi @Clwhite101 @FC75,
Greetings from the Roku Community, and thanks for keeping us posted!
We'll be more than happy to assist you further with this issue you've had with the Roku cameras since they went offline. If you discover one of your smart home devices is offline, first make sure it is powered on. Some smart home devices have a status light to help determine if they are on. Learn how to find the status light on your device and what it means.
If the status light is ON, continue to the next section and use the suggested steps to get your device back online. If the status light is OFF, refer to the other article with instructions on how to troubleshoot power-related issues.
You may check out this support article here on how to fix Roku Smart Home device offline issues.
I hope I have addressed your problem appropriately, but reply to this message if the above did
not fix your issue, and we will gladly follow up.
I'm having the exact same issues.. most my cameras say they are offline is ios app. they are recording events to the cloud though and my roku tv can view them. what is going on? the router shows all of them connected.
I’m really thinking it’s a software issue. Too many are having the same problem and Roku just hasn’t said anything about it. It needs to be fixed we depend on our cameras for safety.
It seems as though my cameras did some kind of update and since they updated are no longer functioning properly. 1/3 will not reconnect and the other 2 take longer than 60 seconds to boot up and watch live. I don’t understand.
