We understand you are having trouble with your Roku smart home notifications. We're happy to assist you. Please try to check if your Roku smart home app has some available updates, and please try to update as well your Roku camera by following the steps below:
- Tap Account from the navigation bar in the app.
- Tap Firmware update to see all your devices.
- Tap Update at the top of the page and all devices with an available update will download and install the latest software.
After any software updates are finished, each smart home device will automatically restart.
