So I am the only one with access to view the 2 indoor cameras I have. I've noticed a red (veiwing) light on when I'm not even on the app. I've turned the cameras off and they turn on randomly then turn off and I see hours of recordings every couple days that I don't know about.

My app doesn't show no option for a firmware update

Please follow the steps below to update the firmware of your Roku Smart Home device via the Roku Smart Home app.
Update a Single device:
Update all your devices at once:
If, after following these steps, you still can't see the firmware option, we suggest you try uninstalling and reinstalling the Roku Smart Home app.
