Cameras not recording events

I have 9 roku cameras and only 6 will record events, all are on the same settings throughout and I pay for the subscription for all of them, just added 3 new ones. Have reset all, and deleted all, but still have the same issues, on the 6 that I already had, the smart home events are locked on the app, but the others show the icon but in the smart settings for events show it blank. We have to have events recorded due to a violent child in the household for safety.  This is without a doubt, not an option to not be safe. Please for the love of God, help.

We understand that your 3 new Roku Camera is not recording event if you have a Roku Smart Home Camera Plus subscription. We would be more than willing to sort this out for you.

Let's see if this will work for you.
Kindly check your Roku account to see if the 3 new Roku cameras has been added to the subscription to be able to access the Roku Smart Home Camera Plus subscription.

Add cameras or video doorbells to your subscription:
If you purchase a new camera or doorbell and would like to add it to your Roku subscription, no problem — set up your new device and you'll automatically get a free 14-day Roku Smart Home Subscription trial with premium features. When you're ready to add the camera or doorbell to your subscription, follow the instructions below. If your subscription doesn't include all your Roku Smart Home cameras and doorbells in your account, you can easily add more at any time.

  1. Sign in to your Roku account
  2. Select Manage your subscriptions
  3. Under Active subscriptions, select Roku Smart Home Subscription
  4. Select Manage subscription
  5. Check the cameras or doorbells that you want to add
  6. Complete your purchase by following the on-screen instructions
