We understand that you are experiencing issues with your Roku camera, specifically that it is not capturing recorded events and that the camera name has changed. No worries; we would be more than willing to sort this out for you.
Let's see if this will work for you.
- Unplug the USB cable from the back of your camera
- Wait 10 seconds
- Plug the USB cable back into the power input port on your camera
- Remove the camera from the Roku Smart Home app:
- On the Home screen, select your smart home device
- Tap Settings
- Scroll down and tap Delete device
- Tap Delete or Yes to confirm your selection
- Open the Home screen
- Tap the plus sign from the navigation bar
- Select Add device
- Select your device category and then select a device (make sure you select the correct name of your camera)
- Follow the on-screen instructions
