Camera light is not on when I’m trying to connect

I am having the same issue, I purchased the Ruku home Alarm system and installed the 2 door sensors, the keypad, the base, all of that works along with one indoor camera. everything works great I also wanted the flood light for outside with camera and got it all installed and I have no lights on the camera at all.. I am in my App and connected to the wifi it tells me i have great wifi signal but when i go to plug power to the light the light comes on for 30 secs like it should but i see Zero lights on the camera itself.

I wasn't sure if it would work w/o a SD card in it, so i put one in and still no lights got at local walmart about ready to return and get another one to see if this one is just bad?

We would be more than glad to assist you with this. For us to better understand the issue, we'll need more details. Were you in the process of setting up the Roku Smart Home device when this issue occurred? Also, have you set up and activated the device already?

That’s what I ended up doing, I returned my camera and got a new replacement and it’s working fine now.
