My camera isn't detecting people, nor is it recording.

We understand you're having trouble with the Roku camera, which will not detect a person. We're happy to assist you further. Please try the steps below.

1. Select your device from the Home screen.
2. Tap Settings in the corner.
3. Select Notifications.
4. Expand Motion Events.
5. Check if the person option on Motion events is checked.
