I am using the Roku indoor 360 camera with an iPhone 8. I was on Verizon service and the connection worked when I was at home using home wifi and when I left the house and service switched to Verizon LTE cell service. I recently switched phone service to Spectrum and now once I leave the house, the camera can't connect. I have restarted both devices but no difference. Any help is greatly appreciated.

UPDATE - I contacted Apple support and they said to turn on the hotspot setting on my phone. That fixed my problem.
