What's up with rokus support page? Was charged wrong amount and their support page doesn't cycle thru to send email... Another question!!! Why when you have a free trial roku charges you $1?

Would be nice if your website would cycle past loading in order to get in touch.. I thought it was a requirement with webdesign to have a direct contact info without click thrus..
