I paid for an annual subscription to Acorn TV through ROKU. Cannot access the channel, it keeps telling me my password is incorrect. I contacted Acorn and they told me there was a problem, but they couldn't fix it unless I cancelled my subscription from Roku and resubscribed directly from them. The Roku option allows me to cancel, but doesn't refund unused subscription. (Means I would have to pay twice for the same service)
It looks now as if I am having to pay $80 for absolutely nothing. Can someone help?
