Thank you RenoJim. You're absolutely right, dead on. However doing what you suggested proved to be quite challenging. Luckily you mentioned holding the reset, button once I found it, for a good 60 seconds because it needed to be held or close to that length of time. The next challenge was re-pairig my old no microphone remote. Once I found the well hidden pairing button inside the battery compartment I was good to go. I set up a new Canadian based Roku account and activated it. It told me to link my prime video account which of course doesn't exist, but using my Amazon Ca account I was able to set up Prime Video to work with the Roku device. Thank you again, problem resolved.
