Two possibilities come to mind:
- You've subscribed both through Roku and directly with Disney.
- You have multiple Roku accounts and subscribed on different devices linked to different Roku accounts.
For the first, do the charges say exactly the same thing on your statement? If they don't, that would be an indication that you've subscribed two different ways.
For the second, if you have multiple Roku devices, check the email address that's displayed on each one under Settings->System->About.
