Update on order placed a month ago

I placed an order on 10/1/2023 for a USB Power Cable with Long-range Wi-Fi Receiver (models 3820 and 3821). On 10/9/2023 I got the email that a shipping label was created. I have not received my order or even heard anything else about it, even though my card was charged the amount for the cable. I have run circles trying to find a support email or phone number so I can talk to someone about this issue. When I was finally able to find an email, I was sent an automated response email that someone would reach out about my issue soon but nobody ever did. I am very upset and very disappointed with this experience from Roku.
