The charge did appear on my Roku account; Roku customer service confirmed the charge, but they claim to only be billing for the service on behalf of Hulu. Third party charges should be optional and there should be a opt-out option. Cell phone companies were doing the same thing until the hammer came down. If Roku is charging me I expect them to resolve the issue and that was not the case.

  • Click Account, Payments & subscriptions
