Spouse passed away on August 14, 2023. He'd already removed the auto renew of his Roku account, but I did not know he could continue using Roku for close to another year and I enrolled in another Roku account. I want to cancel his account and receive the balance in his account as a refund or have his account added to my Roku account. How do I go about getting this request processed?

@ducks2076 Sorry for your loss.  If you are talking about a Roku account itself there is no charge for Roku itself and therefore there would be no balance in a Roku account.  When you enrolled in your Roku account you should not have had to pay any fee.
