Hulu (on Roku) offering 1 mo. free Showtime free trial. Entered payment method (etc). Unable to gain access - being told my Roku account does not have access to purchase. This is not a child lock issue on either accounts. Directed to Hulu, then redirected to Roku.

I would definitely reach out to Hulu because I have had issues like this and they’ve had to give me a code to get the offer since it wasn’t working the normal way!
