I paid for a premium channel, and my Roku online account recognizes that I did. But when I go to the premium screen on the TV, it only offers "free trial" which means it does not see my subscription. I need to talk to a Roku agent to fix, but their online connection just spins and spins, no help at all. And no phone number to call. Does anyone have a phone number for Roku support?
Have you tried to access your Premium Subscription through the Roku Channel?
Launch the Roku Channel and see if your subscription is in there. If you subscribe to a channel through Roku, generally, you have to access it through the Roku Channel. You usually cannot access it through the the standalone channel/app.
Which channel did you subscribe to?
