I haven't had any active devices with ROKU for months. I have canceled, contacted ROKU to cancel my subscription, received confirmation form ROKU that my account has been canceled, account not showing any active accounts, not allowing me to cancel my card on this ROKU account but they are still STEALING money from my account. It looks like my next steps may be to report to the BBB & my local law enforcement for assistance. This is the worst service EVER! DO NOT CONNECT ANY ACCOUNT INFORMATION TO THEIR SYSTEM!!!!
That's exactly what they're doing to my mom every month! Just about $20!
At this point, please contact your local law enforcement or issue a chargeback.
@Peyton_Swenson @mel806 That would be considered a civil matter and local law enforcement will not do anything in that regard. You can contact their customer support directly, the BBB, and or your credit card company to dispute the charge if you believe it was unauthorized or not a legitimate charge.
