I have been charged for Roku for Warner Media for the past several months and I don't have this subscription. I need to be refunded my money asap!
@hervin22 please see what has been posted previously. Log into your Roku user account (https://my.roku.com). Look there for any subscriptions, such as for HBO Max. If there is no matching subscription shown there, Roku is not the one billing you.
If this is the case, you need to contact your CC company and contest the charges. This is the only way to determine who's actually billing you, and chances are good that it's someone posing as Roku, hoping you'll simply pay the charges. These scammers are not actually Roku, and merely using the Roku name in an attempt to trick you into paying.
I noticed I am paying for Roku Warner Media and I don't know what it is. What channel is it?
Thanks

@mooma if it's a legitimate charge, it's likely HBO Max. You can see for sure by logging into your Roku user account (https://my.roku.com) and checking your subscriptions that are active through Roku. If there's nothing there, then it's not Roku charging you, regardless of what the CC statement says.
I am having the same issue with a reoccurring charge for Warner Media. It is not something we subscribe to but I am unable to cancel
it because it is not one of our subscriptions. I have turned it over to our visa as fraud.
@Sylvia3, do you have HBO Max? That will show up as Warner Media.
Roku Warner media is HBO Max Ad free, I compared my billing statement with my recent purchase history on Roku.com and it matches the charges exactly...$14.99 + tax = $15.91 per month for billed as Roku Warner Media which is HBO Max Ad free.
no in march it is 16,16 ?????? confuced
Tax is based on where you live.
Warner Media is HBO Max Ad free
