Relative passed away and I received their TV

Hello,

My grandfather passed away and I received his TV. I can't do anything cause I don't have his pin and we can't get into his email. Please help me.

I'm sorry for your loss.  You need to factory reset the TV and link it to your own Roku account (the one you're using here).  You may want to contact support at https://support.roku.com/contactus (choose the option for "Account, payments & subscriptions") to see if they can help close your grandfather's Roku account.  If he didn't have any subscriptions through Roku then it's probably not even necessary.
