Hi,

So I've seen other posts about this, and I have the same issue. I'm being billed monthly for Roku, but I also pay for my other subscriptions that are withdrawn automatically, For example, Disney +, Warner Media Group, and Peacock. There are others but my husband pays for them. Yes, we pay extra for the apps listed, so if I bought the Roku box and remote outright, I am confused as to why I'm getting billed from Roku when I already pay for my apps?

What is the EXACT wording for the Roku charge? Depending on the credit/debit/bank, you might be able to click on it for more info, or even call in to see if there is info like the billing address that can narrow down if it's real or a scam.

A Roku itself has no fee. It's only if you have subscribed, possibly accidentally, through Roku.
