I have no idea what my roku pin is and I’m trying to add a channel. How can I figure it out?

Go to https://my.roku.com and there should be a way to change/remove your PIN.  Of course, you'll have to know your login information.

As @renojim mentioned, you will need to go to my.roku.com and sign into your Roku account. Under PIN preferences select the Update button and you will be able to update your PIN.

Are you referring to a PIN code you've set that must be entered when adding a channel?  You can set a new PIN and choose when it will be required by logging into your Roku account at my.roku.com and going to

https://my.roku.com/account/pin
