Same issue. I don’t have this problem with any other app and never had any purchasing issues with Fandango. Now I can’t purchase anything because it says I don’t have funds regardless of how much money is in the account. I guess they don’t want my money 🤷🏻♀️

If you're paying through Roku Pay, we recommend reaching out to our Accounts and Billing team to be assisted further.
