Purchasing movies on Vudu

Same issue. I don’t have this problem with any other app and never had any purchasing issues with Fandango. Now I can’t purchase anything because it says I don’t have funds regardless of how much money is in the account. I guess they don’t want my money 🤷🏻‍♀️

If you're paying through Roku Pay, we recommend reaching out to our Accounts and Billing team to be assisted further. On the other hand, if you're paying directly with the channel provider, we recommend contacting them directly and inquiring further about the concern you've encountered.
