Just a suggestion, but if you didn't make that purchase, I would suggest contacting your bank and reporting it as possibly fraudulent.  It is possible someone has hacked your account.

Re: Payment to a service I don’t have

Hi @Ethelmac,

Welcome to the Roku Community!

Thanks for letting us know about this concern that you have. Please be advised that Roku does not charge for a Wi-Fi connection; you only pay for the cost of the Roku device itself, and there are no additional monthly fees for using the streaming service, including the cost of connecting to your Wi-Fi network.

To review the charges on your account, you may follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to my.roku.com
  2. Go toPurchase history & invoices
  3. Review your invoices forContent or Products

Moreover, you may visit this website on what to do if there is a charge you don't recognize on your Roku account

We hope you'll find this information helpful. Let us know if you still have any questions.

Best regards,
John
