There are three ways to subscribe to Paramount+ on Roku - one through Paramount+ directly and two through Roku. If your subscription is through Roku, your subscription may only work when accessing Paramount+ through The Roku Channel or it may only work when using the stand-alone app. Basically, try accessing it both ways.
