PPV Charge that I did nor order

I have been charged for a PPV event that I did not order. When I looked back at my billing history I was charged in April for a PPV event that I did not order as well. When I go to unrecognized charges and click on the contact us link for the charge I just get the spinning circle. I researched trying to dispute/cancel the charge it tells me to contact Roku for ESPN and there site has no option to contact. This is very frustrating!!!!!! 🤬

For these issues, it may be more effective for you to get help from our billing team.
Please contact them directly through our Account-Billing Support page. Choose the options for "Account, payments & subscriptions" and they are the best ones to help you out with that matter.
