Good day. I'm in a bit of a dilemma. I have had Max since it was HBO Max. I love it and plan to sub again via the bundle. However. Since the change to MAX Im assuming billing has changed? My credit card Reads Warner Media. Max tells me im being charge through Roku, and Roku says I have no active subs. Roku's Max app doesnt have an option to Manage subs. And max redirects me to Roku. Its a full circle. I have looked at other threads but those keep stating anything I have tried. Any help from a tech before I dispute charges?
