Locked out of current subscription to BritBox (subscribe through Roku) January 2024

I have a current and paid-up subscription to BritBox through Roku and watch this channel several nights a week. BritBox wants me to sign in with a username and password as if I subscribe to them directly and not through Roku. My Roku account log-in does not get me in and BritBox doesn't recognize me as a customer because I go through Roku. How do we resolve this?

There's two ways to access BritBox.  One is through their stand-alone app and the other is through The Roku Channel.  They're not the same thing.  If one doesn't work, try the other.  If neither works then you'll probably have to contact support at https://support.roku.com/contactus to figure out what's going on.
