I tried to download a game channel called downhill bowling a few minutes ago. I was ultimately told by my Roku box that the channel does not exist in the Roku store. About a minute ago, I received an email from Roku stating I had been charged for the channel even though it did not exist. according to the Roku support forums, my TV box is not eligible for agent-based support. What do I need to do to resolve this charge on my credit card? Do I need to call my bank and dispute the charge, or file a chargeback request with my bank?
