When you got to https://my.roku.com and log in, then click on Manage Subscriptions, is there a subscription showing?
If so, check the date then ask family members about it. Then go back to the Account page and set a PIN for purchases, if you haven't already. Oh, and don't tell anyone what it is.
If there is no subscription listed, then Roku isn't billing you. Someone else, likely a scammer, has your credit card info and put Roku in the free text description when they submitted the transaction.
