We currently pay for OAN, on two of our TV’s it shows as “subscription canceled” out of the blue (worked earlier today), but our 3rd TV OAN plays as usual. I don’t want to have to pay twice - how do we fix this? Thanks!! #oan
Aha! I found the solution…
I selected/highlighted the OAN channel on the ROKU home screen, then pressed the asterisk button on the ROKU remote whilst the OAN channel was highlighted.
The pop-up menu had an item labeled “Update Channel” and I scrolled to that and pressed “OK”
It updated the OAN channel and now it works again, as normal.
Yes, we got the same “subscription expired” message yesterday March 3, 2022
Our subscription is NOT expired, yet it keeps saying it is and it won’t stream.
Does anyone have an explanation for this??
