I find it deeply disturbing how difficult it is to cancel a subscription, and get customer support. It's honestly better business bureau complaint/support worthy.
I was trying to cancel my monthly Paramount subscription, thought my Roku TV, and instead it charged for me a $100+ fee for an annual subscription.
I managed to figure out how to cancel that however, I need to charge reversed. I do not want this subscription.
I called the Roku support number, only to have the automated message tell me "sorry, we are having troubles connecting you, goodbye".
Can someone please help me reverse this charge?
