when I try to watch, I get a message that ESPN is not included with Spectrum.  I am being charged through Roku, but when I try using the App on the Roku home page or via the Roku channel, I just get the same message.  My internet is through Spectrum.

Previously, we purchased Peacock for the Olympics and did not have this issue.  Any suggestions?

Also, very annoying that I cannot find a phone number to call a human for advice.

It's not clear what you're asking, but if you have a subscription to ESPN+, it does not give you access to ESPN.  You need a package from a cable/satellite/streaming provider that includes ESPN.
