How can I change my old login email that I no longer have? I also do not remember my password.

This response assumes that one remembers an email password from over 8 years ago, which I do not. So, I cannot sign in to request a new password. Can you help? No one is home in Customer Service or the online portion is not working.

But I cannot sign in to the account because I don't know the password.
I know the login: But I don't have access to the email to receive a password reset.
I don't know the password: So I cannot access the Roku account to change the email address, or to request a password reset be sent to a new address.
The only reason I am still able to use my Roku device is because IT still remembers both, but it does not REVEAL it to me.

You should be able to sign into that page with the same way you are accessing the Roku Community to inquire about your Roku account that you are having issues with.

As I stated previously, I can not log into account because I don’t know the password and I no longer have access to the former email address. Yet, my Roku express is still using the log in and forgotten password.
how do I get into the account to make changes?
