How do I upgrade my Paramount + Essentials ANNUAL plan to Paramount+ Showtime or Paramount+ Premium?

I have looked in my 'manage' subscriptions area and it shows the Annual plan with my yearly renewal date and the ONLY options are to 1: get an email notice 3 days before my auto renew date, 2: Cancel Auto-Renew and 3: Keep my Subscription.  There is no option to upgrade.  I have gone on Paramount+ and b/c I ordered  this via Roku they can't do anything either.

I have tried the Support/contact us and it just spins away .. so seems like no one is there either.  This is VERY Frustrating.  How in the world do I get to upgrade so that I can get rid of the commercials??

I would say if you're not getting the option then it isn't possible through Roku.  You would be better off cancelling your subscription through Roku and subscribing directly with Paramount+.  Your Roku subscription would still be valid through the end of its term.
