@Loveyou6 There is no charge for the Roku app/channel so I don't know what you want refunded.

As far as I can figure out, after hours of trying a many number of times, THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! Why don't you just post that and stop wasting peoples time and leaving everyone frustrated and angry. Just post we have take no responsibility for your errors and we do not make and if we did it would not matter. @mschrisa First of all I am not a Roku employee just a user like you. I just checked and had no problem getting support by logging into my account and checking support options. Try calling 816-272-8106 for help with an account problem. I just called and got right through.
