Bought a new screensaver but it doesn't work. After going through several screens on the website I was finally able to find the "purchases" area where I supposedly could request a refund of a whopping $1.07. You can't get there from the device - you have to go to a web browser. But of course when I selected the charge, it just sits there and spins so you can't do anything about it. Roku is hoping I'll just forget about the charge and let it slide since its so small, but if its not fixed by tomorrow I'm switching to Apple TV.
