Exactly what I'm going through after spending $411.00. Can't find the page: request a Return Material Authorization RMA. Go round and round to the same page. Will never BUY from ROKU again.

Get the same page when I request a RMA. Just takes you back to more options, THEN you start all over again. I bought a streambar, bass woofer, and 2 wireless speakers. "$411.00" My Vizio sound bar sounds better, bass woofer is an improvement, never could get the speakers to pair with streambar after two days of trying. ENOUGH, I've had it.

Do you see any message every time you try pairing with them? Have you tried checking our support page here: How to set up your Roku subwoofer to see if that helps?

Yes I was able to set up woofer and it sounded great, but never could get 2 roku wirless speakers to pair. My tv screen would show 50% and then never move. I tried all their pages and tried reset and finally exhausted. Boxed everything back up and trying my best to get this system outta here.
