HBO MAX at lower annual fee

I pay 15.99/mth for HBO Max through ROKU.  They have an offer to pay $149.99/year, which comes to  $12.50/mth.   On the ROKU subscription page, it does not give me option for this $149.99 offer.  How do I get it?
