I updated my account info, billing info on the device and online -- including adding credit card info in both locations and turning the device off and on, etc.
Waited an hour and tried it all again and it still isn't working. Acorn.
Where did you sign up for the free trial? If you signed up on the acorn.tv website, make sure you're using their app and not trying to access it through The Roku Channel.
