Free trial on paramount + not showing on my account list so cannot cancel. What to do?

Welcome to the Roku Community!

We understand you need assistance canceling a free Paramount Plus subscription trial. Is there any chance you have more than one Roku account or had one in the past that you forgot about?

If you have more than one Roku account, check the email address displayed on each one under Settings > System > About.

In addition, if you have a subscription directly with a provider and not through Roku, you'd have to cancel with them.

You can also check the changes on your account, and this link will help you: How to review your purchase history and charges to your Roku account.

Moreover, if you have more questions about your account and billing, it would be best to talk to our Roku Support, as they can further assist with your concerns. You can reach them here. Choose "Account, payment, & subscription," and you should be able to talk to one of our live representatives.
