Roku is committing fraud on me and won't help me rectify this problem. I ordered Disney Plus years ago and cancelled the service months ago and yet roku still keeps charging me. Has anyone had also this problem....do I go to the police for fraud under 5000$?

In this instance, we suggest reaching out to the channel provider and inquiring further, as they are the ones who manage their channel and could cancel or provide further details regarding their channel functionality on the Roku platform. You can reach them through their direct Disney Plus Support

@Thrusterson Did you actually cancel the Disney Plus subscription or just remove the Disney Plus app from your Roku device?  Just removing an app does not cancel a subscription.  When you subscribed to Disney Plus years ago did you subscribe through Roku?
